Activities in the region

From the various rentals offered, farmhouses and villas, you can set off on one of the many wine routes, take part in tastings and meet enthusiasts who continue to work the vines. You can also taste regional culinary specialties, on the various markets. We recommend you to go to the market of Vaison-la-Romaine, Bédouin, Nyons, Malaucène or Buis-les-Baronnies. 

And of course, discover the region by bike and climb the Giant of Provence named Mont Ventoux....

Provence and Drôme Provençale are two regions punctuated by votive festivals, concerts and festivals. Don't miss the must-sees like the Avignon Festival, Vaison Danses, Les Chorégies d'Orange or the Grignan theater without forgetting the festivals of the Provencal villages (FAUCON, PUYMERAS, MOLLANS SUR OUVEZE....)

Vaison-la-Romaine

Vaison-la-Romaine is ideally located between the Rhône Valley, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Vaison-la-Romaine is an open-air museum. Explore more than 2,000 years of history and follow in the footsteps of the Romans as you stroll through the streets of the city center. During your stroll, we recommend that you discover: the archaeological sites of Puymin and La Villasse, the Théo Desplans Archaeological Museum, the Notre-Dame-de-Nazareth Cathedral, the Antique Theater, the Medieval City and the Roman Bridge.

Mont Ventoux

The one nicknamed the "Giant of Provence" is a paradise for lovers of cycle tourism, seasoned sportsmen and women and those who love the great outdoors. By car, motorbike, bicycle or on foot, go to the summit at an altitude of over 1,900 metres. You will get a superb panorama over all of Provence, the Rhone Valley, the Vaucluse plateau and the Baronnies Provençales.

Nyons

Discover one of the most beautiful detours in France, Nyons. Discover this charming city, nicknamed Little Nice, because of its micro climate, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale.

It is famous for its olives and its AOP olive oil.

Stroll through the Thursday market to appreciate all the flavors of Provence and in the center to visit the must-sees: the Roman Bridge, the Tour Randonne and the Place des Arcades.

The Provençal Baronies

This regional natural park is full of exceptional panoramas, walks in the heart of nature and villages of character. During your walk in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales, we recommend that you pass through Buis-les-Baronnies, Eygaliers, Faucon, La Penne-sur-l’Ouvèze, Lachau, Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, Montbrun-les-Bains, Rioms and Séderon.

The Lace of Montmirail

The Dentelles de Montmirail are a mountain range known for its villages, its wine routes and its exceptional natural spaces. Discover this delightful region by visiting: Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise, Vacqueyras, Lafare and Suzette. Let yourself be tempted by visits in the heart of nature!

This site is also known for its climbing sites.

Orange

Orange is a town where life is good. You will enjoy strolling through the streets of the city center to discover some remains such as the old castle of the Princes, the Arc de Triomphe and the famous Antique Theater. Don't miss the Notre-Dame-de-Nazareth Cathedral, the Museum of Art and History and the Saint-Eutrope hill, a little corner of greenery in the heart of the city.
